Dr. Dan Joyner is Principal of Prometheus Nuclear LLC, the Elton B. Stephens Professor of Law and Director of the Nuclear Energy Law & Policy Initiative at the University of Alabama School of Law, and Senior Counsel at Womble Bond Dickinson LLP.
