Summary

Senior regulatory and policy expert and advisor in nuclear energy and international trade regulation and related strategy, with over twenty years of experience.  Deep subject matter expertise in nuclear energy regulation, and legal/regulatory development, including safeguards, export controls, financial sanctions, facility security, materials safety, incident liability including Price-Anderson Act issues, investment, and financing on nuclear projects.  Providing strategic advice on legal and regulatory trends in the nuclear industry and achievement of client goals.
