Dr. Dan Joyner, Principal
Dan Joyner has been a prominent legal scholar and practitioner in nuclear energy law and international trade law for more than two decades. Through Prometheus Nuclear LLC, he leads a team of expert consultants who help sovereign states and private nuclear energy companies navigate complex issues of regulatory regime compliance, investment structuring, and import and export of nuclear materials, technologies, and services.
